The facts that settle the search
The store page is an Early Access title, not a coming-soon listing. coming_soon is false. The Early Access FAQ on the same page says the team expects the price to stay at the current level through Early Access and at full release, and it points at a full release around mid-December 2026 that can still move.
Minimum specs on that record are Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, an i5-8400 or Ryzen 5 2600, 3 GB of RAM, a GTX 1060 6 GB or RX 580, DirectX 11, and 5 GB of disk. Recommended CPU and GPU numbers are not filled in. Twenty-three languages ship with full audio, including Russian, Hindi, and Persian.
