How the game actually works

You run a fictional call center. AI callers are the marks. A quota sits over the shift, and a boss review judges the day. Friends can sit in the same lobby, or you can run a shift alone. That loop is the whole pitch on the Steam page.

What I checked

I have not installed the client, so I am not going to invent menu labels. What I did was read the about-the-game text, the launch-week patch notes, and the titles of the public Steam guides. The mechanics below are the ones those sources name: quota, remote access, speech recognition, boss-review recordings, and lobbies of 1 to 8.

A shift, in the words the store uses

The Kolkata office is the setting. You pitch schemes to AI callers, poke at a remote-access view of their computer, and try to clear a daily quota before the boss review. The store also warns you about scambaiters and an in-game computer virus. Those hazards are written as play, next to “survive computer viruses, police raids, air strikes.”

Progress is run-based. Later shifts add more scam tools. Update 0.1.73 turned Bitcoin and meme-coin pitches into timed investment rounds that can pay up to $700 before a crash. That number is from the patch note, not from a shift I played.

Which guide to open

Each page below answers one question. They link back here so the player-count correction does not get copied onto the beginner page by accident.

  • First shift and solo play.
  • Lobbies, invite links, and the 1–8 cap.
  • How caller audio and speech recognition are described.
  • The minimum PC box, including the missing recommended specs.
  • Crashes and voice failures already named in hotfixes.

FAQ

Is the game real or a fake Steam listing?

The AppID 4954910 store page, news feed, and reviews are live. The fiction inside the game is the scam. The product is real.

Can I play alone?

Yes. Steam lists single-player, and Hotfix 2 says lobbies run from 1 to 8 players.

Where are the official tutorials?

The publisher has not posted a manual. Steam community guides exist; this hub cites the store text and patch notes first.
