Roblox: official game versus Scam Together
Roblox search shows two loud results. One is owned by the same group name as the Steam publisher. The other, Scam Together, has far more visits and a different owner. Playing the popular one is not playing the Steam team’s Roblox game.
What I checked
I called the Roblox games API for both universe IDs and the groups API for 1035601365 and 659441429. The official experience’s group owner display name is JakeHub. The other group is named DO NOT REDEEM IT and listed 192,381 members. Visit counts move every hour, so the numbers below are the 23 October 2026 snapshot, not a live counter.
The Jatater Worldwide experience
Name on Roblox: Scam With Your Friends!™ [OFFICIAL]. Group id 1035601365. Created 28 September 2026 and updated 11 October 2026. The 23 October API response had 162,655 visits, 1,750 favorites, 2 active players, 8 maximum players, and no entry price. The description says it is the official Roblox version of the Steam game. I did not find that experience linked from the jataterworldwide.com game page I fetched, so the group record is the evidence, not a second confirmation on the website.
It still is not the Steam install. No shared progress is documented. The player cap matches the Steam cap of 8 only as a number. The client is Roblox.
Scam Together
[PT2] Scam Together had 4,117,047 visits and 47,450 favorites in the 23 October response, 356 active players in a 25-player server, and an update dated 22 October 2026. The group is not Jatater Worldwide. If a video says “the Roblox version” and shows a huge server, check the title. Popular does not mean it is the Steam team’s game.
Roblox itself does not allow this website to embed the experience. Open Roblox and read the group name before you press play.
FAQ
Which Roblox game claims to be the Steam team’s?
The experience under the Jatater Worldwide-named group, whose owner display name is JakeHub. That is the listing's claim; the publisher site did not cross-confirm it in our check. Scam Together belongs to a different group.
Is Roblox free?
Both of these Roblox experiences were free to join in the API snapshot. The Steam game costs money.
Can 25 people play the official one?
The official Roblox snapshot says 8 players. 25 is the Scam Together figure.
